Extended plan to oust CJ Kenani Maraga has taken full course

Uhuru Kenyatta earlier today accepted the resignation of Githu Muigai and replaced him with Judge Paul Kariuki.

Silently behind that was the appointments to the Judicial Service Commission to parliament for approval on the same day he castigated Jubilee Members of Parliament for failing to work fast in enacting laws that favor his big four.

He nominated Patrick Gichohi, Olive Mugenda and Felix Koskei as members of the Judicial Service Commission.

Uhuru Kenyatta suffers illegitimacy and it seems one of the agendas is to find compliant persons in the Judiciary to fix this. In other words, Uhuru is now revisiting the Judiciary to fix it.

The long journey involves the firing of the current Chief Justice and replacing him with Githu Muigai within the year.

The appointments at the JSC are crucial for this plan to work and with the current NASA boycott of any issues to do with Uhuru’s legitimacy, the remaining Jubilee MPS will pass this, like the elections laws without any questions.
