Uhuru allocates 63 billion worth of projects to Kiambu only
Uhuru has planned to spend a whooping 63 billion on infrastructure in Kiambu County alone out of the 47 Counties, this financial year.
Among the projects is a 24 billion dam in Gatundu, a 17 billion dam in Ruiru, 1.5 billion in road from Gakukuyu to Mataara, 4 billion in road between Ruiru and Githunguri (27.4km), another 16 billion on the James Gichuru to Rironi road and 800 million on road rehabilitation.
This comes after other projects worth billions were launched in Waiguru’s Kirinyaga including dams and roads.
Uhuru is yet to visit any other regions of Kenya outside of Kikuyu or launch such projects anywhere else.
One might be tempted to say these projects are money bags to reclaim the campaign funds.
Whilst this is happening, the government is planning to take another Eurobond to pay off more debts.
